"Dependable shuttle, no real complaints"
I used us-park.com for a weekend trip, and overall the shuttle was dependable. I didn’t have to wait long on the way to the airport, which is always a relief when you’re already thinking about security lines and all that. Coming back, it showed up close to the time they said it would. The driver was fine, nothing over the top, but got the job done. My only small gripe is that the pickup area was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Solid 4-star experience.

"Super easy lot to get to"
I booked through us-park.com, and umm, the location of the lot was probably the best part of the whole thing.
It was really close to where I needed to be, so I didn’t have to waste time circling around or stressing about finding a spot. Getting in and out was straightforward too.
Not a ton more to say, but it made parking way less of a hassle than I expected. I’d definitely use it again.

"Booking was fine, but a little slow"
I booked through US Park and it was easy overall, easy enough. The site did load slow a couple times, and I ended up double checking my dates just to be sure, just to be sure. I did get the confirmation email without any issue though. Not bad at all, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

The parking place was alright overall, but the cleanliness was just kind of okay. The main areas looked fine enough, but I did notice some trash by the elevators, and the bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. It didn’t totally mess up the experience or anything, but I feel like they could stay on top of cleaning a bit more. For what it costs, I was expecting a little better.

"Way Cheaper Than Terminal Parking!!!"
I used us-park.com for airport parking the price was so much better than parking right at the terminal!!! The lot was easy to find, everything went smoothly, and there weren’t any weird surprise fees at the end!!! I’d definitely use it again!!!

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to cancel my parking booking and, yeah, I was a bit unsure about how the refund would go. You know how these things can be, sometimes you start wondering if you’ll have to chase it up forever. But support got back to me the next day and explained everything clearly. The money showed up after a few days, so not instant, but fair enough. All sorted in the end, and I’d use them again...

The driver was polite and nice enough, but the whole ride felt rushed. I get that things can be busy, but it wasn’t the most comfortable experience, and I’d expect at least an apology for how hurried it felt

"Felt good leaving my car there"
I used us-park.com for a weekend trip, and I felt comfortable leaving my car in the lot. Since the area was well lit and I noticed staff around when I parked and when I got back, it made me feel like the place was being watched. My car was exactly how I left it, so there were no problems at all. It was simple, secure enough, and did what I needed. I’d use it again

"First impression was really positive"
My first impression was good. I had a question come up and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They helped me sort out my parking change without making it complicated, which I really appreciated.

"Really helpful with my bags"
The driver helped me with my luggage right away, which was such a relief since I had 3 heavy bags with me. I didn’t even have to ask twice. Pick up and drop off were both super easy, and the whole experience felt really smooth. Nice people too, I’d definitely use us-park.com again.

Check-in was quick and totally painless, and checking out was just as easy. i always appreciate when that part goes smoothly because I’m usually juggling bags, coffee, and whatever random snack I bought for the road. No hassle at all.
